แครอทอุดมไปด้วยวิตามินซีและสารต้านอนุมูลอิสระมากมาย จึงช่วยเสริมสร้างให้ผิวสามารถผลิตคอลลาเจนขึ้นมาได้ดีขึ้น ฉะนั้น ถ้าคุณอยากมีผิวที่ดูเปล่งปลั่งสดใสล่ะก็ อย่าลืมมาส์กหน้าด้วยแครอทสูตร
ส่วนผสม : น้ำผึ้ง 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ น้ำแครอท 1/2 ช้อนชา เบคกิ้งโซดา 1/4 ช้อนชา
วิธีทำ : คนส่วนผสมต่าง ๆ เข้าด้วยกัน แล้วนวดเบา ๆ ลงบนผิวที่สะอาดและแห้งบนใบหน้าและลำคอ ปล่อยทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 20 ถึง 30 นาที แล้วล้างออกด้วยน้ำสะอาด จากนั้นตามด้วยมอยส์เจอไรเซอร์ตามปกติของคุณ
